- We accept orders across India. Our orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.
- We will make best efforts to ensure accurate delivery of your products in good condition.
- Please note all items (including freebies) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
- Our outlets accept all types of payment methods (sometimes it may vary at some places due to technical issues).
- The Company can help customers better on the products purchased from the authorised dealers only.
- Laminate Products shall be handed over to the customer by the Outlets the same day of the transaction.
- Prices listed on our website conform to prices displayed at storefronts of our Royale Touche Outlets.
- Products are ‘displayed to order’ on our website. Customers can see the details of Royale Touche Laminates available on the website and reach out to our outlets for purchasing the Product.
- There is no mode of payment for purchasing the product from the website, as the transaction will occur on the authorised outlets only.
- All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India.
- Royalé Touché does not accept any returns for products purchased on the E-Store.
