Aged Aurelio Oak is crafted from oak aged using a heritage triple-phase curing method — open-yard exposure, cool-mist resting, and warm-room fibre setting. This sequence allows the wood to develop a naturally patinated, shaded surface, where brown-grey layers blend seamlessly into a soft, diffused grain landscape.

The slicing process uses a heritage overlap-cut technique, producing grain structures that gently intersect, evoking the look of time-worn European oak used in historic villas and mountain lodges. The pigments — inspired by classic patina tones — are applied using a hand-wipe aging treatment, giving each sheet a subtly unique expression.
